Speech Presentations 2

I felt that Matt's speech about School on Wheels was a very good speech. I felt a connection to the organization and I was encouraged to volunteer my time and to donate money. I think that Matt did a very good job persuading me to volunteer, he looked calm and at the same time he was incredibly persuasive. The organization was also one in which I would want to donate my time to. 

I also enjoyed Cate's speech. I thought that the organization that she chose, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, is one that I have always wanted to find time to be apart of. Cate's speech helped to remind me why I wanted to be a part of it. The success stories from this organization are incredible. I think that Cate did a very good job using statistics in her presentation, this appeal to logos persuaded me even further. The speeches today were very good and I was persuaded by many of them.
