Today I have been talking to various people about their senior rights and this has allowed me to further my paper. Some people that I have talked to were Sonia, Erin, and Lauren. They said the following:
Erin: I think we should have them depending on what they are. We should consider community and not lose the sense of community that University has.
Lauren: I think that we should have senior rights because it is our last year of high school and we deserve something special to look forward to.
Sonia: I think that we should have senior rights because we have been at University and we deserve it.

I like this topic because you can use the resources you have around you. All you need to do is interview people about their position. I think the fact that you are also a high school student is a great way to have a legit argument on your final paper.

I think it is very interesting how you are utilizing sources that most people would not even think to use: the sources right around them: the people they know. All of your sources provided interesting insights into the issue of senior privileges. In my opinion, seniors should be given a moderate amount of privileges that are based off of good behavior for the class as whole, so if the class behavior is not good, they can be taken away.

I really like your blog titles, to start off with. Also, I think this is a really good topic to write about, because it is relevant in our lives, with us being seniors next year. It's cool that you have so many resources here at school, especially since we started senior week this year. I think we should have senior rights, but I would be interested to hear what the other side would have to say about it. Good luck with your paper!

Kenzie I think it is cool that you interviewed three students at University to help support your paper about senior rights. I suggest that you interview different people, maybe some guys and/or teachers so your paper can have a variety of thoughts and opinions on the topic.
